Al 25 jaar heb ik al mijn Jaguars in onderhoud bij Richard met volle tevredenheid!

Heeft vaak wel een volledig aanbod van onderdelen beschikbaar. Kennis is ook erg op orde en hierdoor krijg je bijna altijd de goede onderdelen. Grote nadeel is dat communicatie tussen verkoper en afnemen lastig is gebleken. Vaak wordt er laat gereageerd of telefoon niet opgenomen binnen de openingstijden.

Superslechte service.. Geen afspraken mee te maken. Over een periode van een jaar probeer ik al mijn auto gerepareerd te krijgen, maar ik blijf terugkomen naar halve oplossingen, valse beloftes, en hoge rekeningen. Absolute afrader, De keer dat ik eindelijk geholpen werd, hebben ze een verkeerd onderdeel gemonteerd (verkeerd cockpitje wat niet ingeleerd kon worden) en een verkeerde diagnose gesteld (ABS wheel speed sensor). 500 euro de put in.

Ik doe al 24 jaar zaken met Richard en naar volle tevredenheid. In de loop van de jaren meerdere Jaguars gekocht van en via hem. Ook restauratie en reparatie werk uit laten voeren tegen gunstige prijzen.

Prima service. Prijs is goed. Heeft voor alle leeftijden en types alles vaak op voorraad. Ik lees net een negatieve review. Maar ik denk dat het vaak mensen zijn die een jaguar willen rijden en zich dan ook vaak vergissen in de kosten die de auto met zich meebrengt. Richard is gewoon altijd correct en vriendelijk. It was a while ago , but I still want to write this review because it was such a bad experience I drove my rare Jaguar XJR100 to Jag Parts It had the Restricted Performance error message on the dash and they would repair it Richard said I am fighting a terrible disease {cancer} and they knew that at Jag Parts It took months and they said they still could not find out what was wrong with the car Richard said maybe if there so called mechanic had more time than he already had than maybe they would find The problem but it would cost much more money Also that was no promise Richard said, the car was there for months what where they waiting for ? why did they keep my car so long.. My prognosis for life was only a few months Richard knew that I also needed my car to visite the hospital for the cancer treatments Did he want to keep the rare limited XJR100 for parts when i dont make it in time to pick it up it was terrible what happend When i finally picked up my Jaguar XJR100 It did not run anymore .. I had to tow it away from Jag Parts to another garage I also had to pay Richard 1500 euro only for investgation he wanted more money if i leave the car there but no guarantee that the car would be fixed he said. The other Jaguar garage found out that the car was sabotaged at Jag Parts .. A few wire`s were cut from the engine loom {i have proof of that} So it didnt run anymore Within a minute they also found that the Throttle body sensor was bad Thats why i got the Restricted Performance error message on the dash Thats the first thing you look at when you get that message they said And the next day i could pick up the car they fixed it for 300 euro They also called Richard about this sabotage but he was ignorant . I still fight every day for my life there is still no cure Why do people do these things to others ..only for money.

Worst internet transaction I have ever had. Spent thousands with guy, sent me incorrect parts after showing me photos of correct parts; some used parts were damaged after assuring me they would not be and then he told me they were damaged in transit inside a wooden box. How does a front wing get burn damage without the wooden box catching on fire? The rear bumper cover has impact damage from one side to the other making it unusable and multiple other bits were also damaged. No way this was all done in transit. I think he figured that because I'm half a world away I can't do much about it. He makes promises about making it right but then stuffs you around for months. From the time of my initial inquiry, it has been nine months of frustration. Be warned, he's a liar and a scammer. I'm now looking into options for taking this further.
