★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een geweldig moeilijke branche om in te werken maar dat lost Jam! super goed op. De lijntjes zijn super kort en worden ook kort gehouden dat maakt het ontzettend prettig om mee te werken niet alleen als klant maar ook voor de werknemers.
 A very difficult industry to work in but that solves Jam! very good on. The lines are super short and are also kept short, which makes it very pleasant to work with, not only as a customer but also for the employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloos bedrijf! Onvriendelijk, ze vinden het vooral vervelend als je belt met een vraag. Komen beloftes niet na, loonstroken kloppen niet, je moet zelf overal achteraan want ze laten niks meer van zich horen. Je word van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en iedereen die je aan de telefoon krijgt geeft verschillende informatie over hetzelfde ding. Ze beloven je terug te bellen maar ondertussen moet je er zelf weer meerdere malen achteraan. Kortom, erg teleurstellend!
Worthless company! Unfriendly, they find it especially annoying when you call with a question. Don't keep promises, pay slips are wrong, you have to follow everything yourself because they don't let you hear from them anymore. You are sent from pillar to post and everyone you get on the phone gives you different information about the same thing. They promise to call you back, but in the meantime you have to go back several times. Overall, very disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unorganised and messy company that i can advise others to avoid. They were hard to reach and unprofessional in every sense. They knew very little about payroll execution, and instead of saving time they added to the workload of a small business. When any issues arose they would defer or delay, which as the owner of a company I was left to correct. I would recommend taking your business anywhere but to this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say my experience with jam has been good. Weekly paid. And many options for work. While covid-19 has taken place the company has been super supportive to me and my family. And we would have been left stuck without them. They have friend and easy constable staff with a fast reply. And they have a good wage structure with pension. I leave this company happy and to go home. I enjoyed my time. Michael
