Hachi is een leuke tent in Diemen. Bediening lacht en is vriendelijk, vraagt vrijwel direct als je aan tafel gaat wat je wil drinken en zorgt ook dat dit snel op tafel komt. De menukaart is uitgebreid en de sushi is mooi gerold. De overige warme gerechten zijn ruime porties. Voor een all-in restaurant zeker een leuke en lekkere plaats om een avondje door te brengen. .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered food on Thuisbezorgd from this restaurant, didn't show up after 2 hours of waiting, called the restaurant directly and they just hang up. Maybe they are delivering directly from Japan hence it takes so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the WORST experience ever! I placed an order at 6.50pm and I'm still waiting at 9.15pm. Called the restaurant and they hang up on me without saying a word. Tried to call again but the phone is not reachable anymore. How ridiculous! I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food avarage, some dishes tasted not so fresh. The price is a bit high compared to quality. Also, the service is below avarage, waitresses do not look around, it took me 20 min to order a beverage: 10 for someone to notice me + 10 for the soft drink to arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great.. But the attitude of staff was not good since we had kids.. Others were more noisy but we were asked to be quiet.. No water was offered.. Also was asked not to drink water we had with us.. Unbelievable!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chose to eat earlier to avoid crowds, went great, met at the door with hand gel and temperature check, very friendly. Staff very attentive and respectful. Food was excellent, order via note pad , actually managed only three orders before being so full not to eat more, could have had another two rounds of ordering , but why be a glutton?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was super friendly and the service was really good!! All the dishes were very nice, except for the spring roll which was disappointing. We didn’t manage to get to the 4th round, but still got to enjoy the food. Highly recommend!
