Wordt gebeld door monteur van Kalisvaart die beweert geen contract met ons te hebben en dat ik maar zelf een andere loodgieter moet bellen. Tref dan de maandag erop een super onbeleefd briefje in mijn bus. “Dat ik wel thuis zou zijn als het ernstig was”. Op zijn minst klantonvriendelijk te noemen. Eerder onbeschoft.

Take the following Monday a super rude note in my bus. "I would be at home if it was serious." At least call customer unfriendly. Rather rude.
