In de loop der jaren is de winkel steeds verder uitgebreid en kunnen wij een ruim assortiment stads-/tourfietsen, mountainbikes en elektrische fietsen aanbieden. Wij zijn dealer van de merken Batavus, Gazelle, Union, Giant, Sparta, Winora, Pointer, Loekie en Puky. Naast de verkoop van nieuwe fietsen onderhouden en repareren we fietsen, verkopen we onderdelen, kleding en accessoires en monteren wij dit indien nodig. Als u een fiets, onderdeel of accessoire bij ons koopt verlenen wij service en garantie.
Elke nieuwe fiets die bij Karlas Fietsen is gekocht heeft recht op een gratis servicebeurt. Hiervoor kunt u online een afspraak inplannen of in de winkel een afspraak voor maken. Wij adviseren de eerste servicebeurt na ongeveer 500 gereden kilometers.
Wij zullen er alles aan doen om zoveel mogelijk zorg en aandacht te besteden bij de aanschaf en nazorg van uw fiets. Lukt dit niet, laat het ons dan weten. Uw mening helpt ons vooruit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left home with the back wheel having some vibration...the vibration turn to accelerate the degradation of the tire, resulting in both the inner tube and the spare one going flat while still far away from home on a rainy day, and the tire becoming completely destroyed.
Karlas was the closest shop in which to buy the spares, so there I went.
Well, it turned out that they could provide the spares, but where also willing to replace them and make the wheel right on the spot, in spite of being busy with other bicycles at the time. They told me that it would take some time...but I do not think it was more than 20 minutes. It felt as life saving as the expresso that was offered while I waited.

So what’s the problem ??
Just arrived home, I discovered that the lock doesn’t work. It was after working hours. In the morning I called the shop the and told the salesman the issue, he simply answered “I really noticed that yesterday but was not sure”. I went again to the shop and they changed the lock, but it took few hours that could have been saved the salesperson was honest and spent few minutes more to do his job the right way.
