★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best in Amsterdam for Kusbasi and Adana kebap.
Either you pay more or you dont find the same quality on other kebap locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome grilled dishes (Tawook, Adana, Kebab).
I like that they don't have default side dishes with the meat that mandate you to either eat extra carbs or throw them away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there 4 times during our 9 day stay in Amsterdam. the meat is grilled to perfection (both lamb and chicken), the bread is unbelievable and the çiğköfte (comes with every meal) are delicious as well (and a little bit spicy, just how I like them). the salad that also comes with every meal is okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kabab cooked over coal. Fantastic food. Fast service. Adana is my favorite, be warned it's a little spicy. If that's not your thing, go with the non spicy "urfa". So good I forgot to take a photo ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great little Turkish place. I wouldn't say it was properly authentic like other people have said but it is very close.
The owner came over to greet us and explain the menu letting us know what was spicy and what wasn't. The restaurant looks pretty good too.
Our food was wrong and he got very defensive, pulling out the machine used to order to try and prove us wrong. I think this was down to the language barrier but it was a little annoying. One kebab was missing and another was the wrong kind. Nothing to major but he seemed to understand us when we ordered. We did point to everything we wanted and said very clearly how many we wanted. He was more concerned with "spicy" and "not too spicy" though.
The chicken kebab is made with thigh meat which I found very odd. Every single restaurant I have ever been to in Istanbul has served chicken breast. Maybe this is what is popular with the locals in the area or it is a cost cutting measure. To be fair the food was well cooked and freshly cooked to order.
For the area and what they sold we found the food to be quite expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small and crowded place, but, as a Turkish person, I can definitely say that they have the best kebaps in Amsterdam.
Small note: since it's a small place, I wouldn't recommend to go there with a group of people more than 5-6 (especially on weekends around 6pm). Call the restaurant first if you're planning that.
