β β β β β Very long waiting times and often unhelpful staff that hardly speaks any decent Dutch. The food is alright I guess, it meets KFC standards but just barely. I don't remember getting food here that was actually hot.
The restaurant itself is pretty always dirty with crumbs on every table and leftover food or trash on the floors.

β β β β β It is a very clean place, very attentive employees and they know how to explain the specials. Fast and complete service and if something is missing they will take it to the table while you are already eating so that you do not wait any longer. ??

Always missing smth, either the sauce or the fries, or the extra cheese and bacon for which I pay extraβ¦ Iβve ordered couple of times, every time was disappointed with the service provided. When ordering in the restaurant everything goes normal, but as delivery its just terrible. The other day I ordered two different types of burger, one of them with extra cheese and bacon (which I pay extra for) and guess what? I received two identical plain burgers, lettuce sauce and chicken. Not even the right burger! Can you please check the order before you send it to the customer? And check the details of the order when preparing it?
