Robert Jan en ik hebben toen de in de badkamer te verrichten werkzaamheden besproken. Op zijn verzoek heb ik hem een paar foto’s van hetgeen gedaan moest worden, gestuurd. Een dag later werd ik, zoals door hem toegezegd, door Robert Jan teruggebeld. Hij zei al binnen enkele dagen te kunnen komen om de zaken op te lossen en wilde daarvoor een afspraak met mij maken. Robert Jan heeft alle werkzaamheden kundig en ruim binnen de door hem geschatte tijdsduur naar mijn volle tevredenheid afgerond. Hierdoor heeft Robert Jan mij enkele langslepende zorgen ontnomen! Na afloop hebben wij meteen een volgende klus besproken! After I registered a job on the website, I was called back the same evening! Robert Jan and I then discussed the work to be done in the bathroom. At his request, I sent him a few pictures of what needed to be done. A day later, as promised by him, Robert Jan called me back. He said he could come within a few days to resolve the issues and wanted to make an appointment with me. Robert Jan completed all work skillfully and well within the time frame estimated by him to my complete satisfaction. Because of this, Robert Jan has relieved me of some long-lasting worries! Afterwards, we immediately discussed the next job!

Met slechte ervaringen in 't verleden met reparateurs / loodgieters was ik aangenaam verrast door dit bedrijf, met name door Robert Jan. Vriendelijk aan de telefoon mijn aanvraag besproken en relatief snel een afspraak gemaakt. Alle klusjes zijn netjes afgemaakt en sneller dan verwacht. Zijn tarieven zijn transparant en de factuur dus daarom ook. Keurig. Because I still had a number of jobs that I never started myself, I was looking for a handyman. With bad experiences in the past with repairmen / plumbers I was pleasantly surprised by this company, especially by Robert Jan. I kindly discussed my request on the phone and made an appointment relatively quickly. All jobs were completed neatly and faster than expected. His rates are transparent and so is the invoice. Neat.

Very happy to have found Klusbakfiets. Robert did an great and thorough job, and relieved us of the misery of having our kitchen equipment spread across the living room. Will definitely be using them again for future home repairs.
