R	Richard Bregman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service met een hoofdletter 'S'. Reageert altijd snel op mail en telefoon, geeft goede uitleg over de fietsen en het onderhoud ervan. Ik ben er nu twee keer geweest voor onderhoud en dit is beide keren snel en vakkundig verholpen. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en snelle service ondanks dat het vaak druk is..(maar daar kan je rekening mee houden in de planning). Ik blijf mijn fiets hier zeker brengen voor onderhoud en zal het bedrijf zeker aanbevelen voor mensen die een goede en betrouwbaar adres zoeken. Service with a capital 'S'. Always responds quickly to e-mail and telephone, gives a good explanation about the bikes and their maintenance. I've been there twice now for maintenance and this has been resolved quickly and competently both times. Good price / quality ratio and fast service even though it is often busy .. (but you can take that into account in the planning). I will continue to bring my bike here for maintenance and will recommend the company to people looking for a good and reliable address.

In mijn carbonwiel en schijf zat een flinke slag en wat spaken waren gebroken. Gezien de schade had ikzelf niet verwacht dat het gemaakt kon worden, maar tegen de verwachting in is het keurig gemaakt voor een scherpe prijs! Daarnaast straalt alles in deze winkel passie voor fietsen uit, iets wat in de meeste (grote) fietsenzaken niet meer het geval is. I was tipped off by a cycling buddy who was full of praise for Koers CC and I can certainly confirm that! My carbon wheel and disc had a heavy blow and some spokes were broken. Given the damage, I myself did not expect it to be repaired, but contrary to expectations, it is neatly made for a competitive price! In addition, everything in this store radiates passion for bicycles, something that is no longer the case in most (large) bicycle shops.
P	Paul Klaassens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een vastgelopen firmware update was mijn Di2-systeem helemaal dood. Ondanks de drukte bij Koers kon ik toch even langs komen zodat ze mijn fiets aan hun systeem konden hangen om te kijken waar het probleem zat. Uiteindelijk moest de hele bottom bracket eruit om bij de di2 batterij te kunnen en het systeem te herstellen. Daarnaast zijn er meerdere storingen uit het di2 systeem gehaald. Dit was mij zelf niet gelukt, grote dank voor de snelle en goede service van Koers. Hier kom ik zeker terug. After a crashed firmware update my Di2 system was completely dead. Despite the hustle and bustle at Koers, I was able to drop by so they could hang my bike on their system to see where the problem was. Eventually the entire bottom bracket had to be removed to access the di2 battery and restore the system. In addition, several faults have been removed from the di2 system. I did not succeed in this myself, thank you very much for the fast and good service from Koers. I will come back here for sure.

Er wordt geluisterd en meegedacht met de klant, proberen je niets aan te smeren, kortom top! Al twee fietsen daar op laten bouwen naar tevredenheid. Ook mijn fietsen daar tegenwoordig in onderhoud. Ook voor het bouwen van een mooie wielset ben je daar aan juiste adres. Fiets en wielen vakkundig opgebouwd door Koers.CC I can wholeheartedly recommend Koers CC, they work there with expertise! We listen and think along with the customer, try not to sell you anything, in short, great! We have already had two bicycles built there to our satisfaction. My bicycles are also maintained there these days. You have also come to the right place for building a beautiful wheelset. Bicycle and wheels expertly built by Koers.CC

M	Mat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to recommend bike fitting services at Koers. I came out with adjustd bike and a lot of useful information about geometry and "effecive" cycling. Price is very competitive and outcome/price ratio is unbeatable.
