★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor de kerst een afspraak gemaakt op maandag (heerlijk een kapper die op maandag open is) Julia heeft mijn haar perfect geknipt, nadat zij eerst goed heeft geluisterd naar mijn wensen. Na een week ben ik ook nog gebeld of ik tevreden was, nou geweldig toch. Ik kom zeker terug!
Before Christmas I made an appointment on Monday (lovely a hairdresser who is open on Monday). Julia cut my hair perfectly after she first listened to my wishes. After a week I also called if I was satisfied, well great anyway. I'll definitely return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superfijne kapper, er is een fijne sfeer, medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kom hier al jaren en ben altijd erg tevreden. Ze bieden hier ," wat extra's", bv een broodje aanbieden als je rond lunchtijd komt, een attentie voor de zomer en kerst. Kundig personeel, hoog opgeleid en dat merk je zeker! Topzaak!!!
Super nice hairdresser, there is a nice atmosphere, employees are very friendly and helpful. I have been coming here for years and am always very satisfied. They offer here "some extras", eg offer a sandwich if you come around lunchtime, a gift for the summer and Christmas. Skilled staff, highly trained and you will definitely notice that! Top business!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom al jaren bij Koffijberg en ben altijd zeer tevreden. Fantastisch service, heerlijke hoofdmassage bij het haar wassen in een massage stoel. Mijn kapsters kent mij haar ook goed en weet wat bij mij past. Ik krijg altijd complimenten over mijn haar en zelfs na 2 jaar niet naar de kapper zijn geweest zie je nog steeds dat mijn haar goed en professioneel is geknipt. Koffijberg is zeker de kapper waar je moet zijn. dankjewel Koffijberg!
I have been coming to Koffijberg for years and I am always very satisfied. Fantastic service, wonderful head massage when washing hair in a massage chair. My hairdressers know my hair well and know what suits me. I always get compliments about my hair and even after 2 years of not going to the hairdresser you can still see that my hair has been cut well and professionally. Koffijberg is definitely the hairdresser to be. Thank you Coffeeberg!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find that my bob line turned out looking sloppy on unstyled hair ; disappointing for the price. [Add-in in reaction to the salon's reply]: I booked an appointment at 13:30 on September 19th under the name Elise P. I booked this appointment via email where I specified I wanted the "I-dentity" behandeling (with hair color/highlights but without make-up) that I saw on your website.
When I arrived at the salon, I didn't get the "short list of questions, mood boards, and color collar" from the "I-dentity" described on your website.
Instead, the stylist wanted to cut my hair first before discussing the color because of her schedule. So she gave me two options: either washing my hair twice (before cutting and after coloring) or cutting my hair on dry hair. Since I didn't want to have my hair washed twice in one afternoon, I agreed to have my bob line cut on dry hair, but I had no idea that it would look like this on my unstyled thick hair.
One weird thing was also that the stylist took some "before"-pictures of my hair but didn't take any "after"-pictures. They were closing the salon and everybody wanted to go home as soon as possible.
I am not looking for any compensation, I will just wait for my hair to grow back first. I learnt my lesson and will not accept a cut on dry hair in the future because it turns out it doesn't look well-cut on my hair.
