β β β β β We have been to his shop couple of times. Very rude very unfriendly specially if you donβt speak Dutch. We thought itβs language problem but he intentionally donβt show you bikes donβt give trail raid and not even speak properly.
We realized this when he was talking to other customers very friendly and helping them well.
He is very bad never ever go here. Bad place to buy anything.

β β β β β My steering wheel bent after I feel from my bike. I came to the store the owner told looked at it, took the bike and told me to come back in 30 minutes. I came back and alas he fixed it back to its normal shape. He was very friendly too and gave a discount. Thank you!

β β β β β I have gone to Reneβs shop for the last few years, and am always completely satisfied with the work of him and his team. First they installed my airless tires (one of the few shops in Amsterdam offering them), then I purchased a great electric bike from him, they transferred my airless tires, added a child seat and extended bike bags to the new bike and itβs excellent, and all for a reasonable price. I got a different kickstand at a bike shop closer to my home, but they did a terrible job, it broke twice...I took it to Kropholler to fix it and they did it for free. I will go back there for everything on my bike.

β β β β β My back brake broke. I have an old racing bike for which finding parts is almost impossible. I had been looking for a replacement for days. The only possible model they at the store had a screw that was too loose. On the spot, the owner pulled out tools, modified the screw, and replaced my back brake. I did not even have to leave my bike in for the day. On top of everything, he gave me a discounted price. The man is a life saver. Great service.
