★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typische kruidvat winkel. Er staan heel veel spullen, en dat blijft wat rommelig. Wel altijd goede koopjes. Personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en je kan er zelf snoepzakken vullen. Al met al een aanvulling op het aanbod in de buurt.
Typical fedex shop. There is a lot of stuff, and it remains a bit messy. Always good bargains. Staff are very friendly and you can fill your own candy bags. All in all an addition to the offer in the area.

Het filiaal in de Gruttostraat in Den Bosch heeft een 'dame' in dienst die gebaat zou zijn met een cursus klantbenadering.
Die vind het blijkbaar normaal om een klant op een sarcastische en onbeschofte manier te wijzen op de winkelroute en verplichting van een winkelmandje.
De kassa is meteen links bij binnenkomst.
Hetgeen ik nodig had ligt vlakbij de kassa en er was verder niemand in de buurt.
Buiten het feit dat ik me daar dan inderdaad toch aan moet houden wil ik heus nog wel begrijpen maar blijkbaar geniet deze mevrouw nogal van haar "machtspositie' in deze.
Ik ben van zulk gedrag in ieder geval niet gediend.
Laatste keer dat ik daar binnen ben geweest.

The branch in the Gruttostraat in Den Bosch employs a 'lady' who would benefit from a customer approach course.
Apparently, they find it normal to point out the shopping route and the obligation of a shopping basket to a customer in a sarcastic and rude way.
The cash register is immediately left upon entry.
What I needed is close to the till and there was no one else around.
Besides the fact that I do have to adhere to that, I really want to understand but apparently this lady enjoys her "position of power" in this.
In any case, I do not like such behavior.
Last time I went in there.

Wilde gewoon even een cadeautje inpakken komt er een mevrouw hier onbeschoft zeggen dat het hier geen inpak centrum is ik heb hier normaal nooit problemen mee gehad met inpakken ,ik kon alleen kruitvat spullen inpakken en dat mag ook wat vriendelijker kunnen zeggen! Echt nooit meer reken ik bij dat onbeschoft wijf af echt zo slechte ervaring gehad met dit soort mensen

Just wanted to pack a present, a lady comes here rudely and says that it is not a packing center here, I've never had any problems with packing here, I could only pack powder keg stuff and I should be able to say that a little nicer! Really never again I count on that rude woman really had such a bad experience with these kind of people
