 Waiting for half an hour on the phone with still no answer....and a 0900 number costs money ..terrible!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ik heb 18-03 online een bestelling gedaan,dit zou 29-03 geleverd worden door van Spreeuwel transport, mn vriendin is de hele dag thuis geweest en niemand is geweest.
Ik heb de klantenservice inmiddels 2x gemaild en 3x gebeld, totaal geen enkel reactie,zit nu nog steeds op mn bestelling te wachten!!!
Ik ben zwaar teleurgesteld in de klantenservice en communicatie, ik heb dit ook nog nooit meegemaakt zo slecht.
I placed an order online on March 18, this would be delivered on March 29 by van Spreeuwel transport, my girlfriend has been home all day and nobody has been there.
I have now emailed the customer service 2x and called 3x, no response whatsoever, I am still waiting for my order !!!
I am very disappointed with the customer service and communication, I have never experienced this so bad.

Onze wachttijd is net weer verlengd met 10 weken.
En we zijn al vanaf juli bezig.
Waardeloos!!!!

Our waiting time has just been extended by 10 weeks.
And we've been at it since July.
Worthless!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijke mensen in de winkel en ook de monteurs waren super. Geweldige service. Alles helemaal naar wens gedaan. Kwantum Leeuwarden op de Centrale is zeker een aanrader. Toppers!
Friendly people in the store and the mechanics were also great. Great service. Everything done to your liking. Kwantum Leeuwarden at the Centrale is definitely recommended. Toppers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg slecht! Had Jaloezieën besteld en toen werd al verteld meneer er is een levertijd van 12 weken. Ik schrok al en dacht wow dat is lang. Maar goed vond ze mooi dus dacht wachten waard. Maar de 12 weken werden er 16 en toen doodleuk een email dat het 26 weken zou worden (half jaar). Hoe dan? Uiteraard koop afgeblazen en ergens anders dezelfde besteld. Levertijd hier was 10 dagen. Dus ondanks corona kan het dus gewoon wel. Professioneel prutswerk!
Very bad! Had ordered Venetian blinds and then was already told sir there is a delivery time of 12 weeks. I was already shocked and thought wow that is long. But she liked it well so thought it was worth waiting for. But the 12 weeks became 16 and then a casual email that it would be 26 weeks (half a year). How? Obviously canceled the sale and ordered the same one elsewhere. Delivery time here was 10 days. So despite corona it is possible. Professional tinkering!

The only time I go there is when I need new stuff to decorate my house or when in the process of moving.
Basically, if you can't find what you're looking for here, you might be searching in the wrong store.
