We had a great stay at Warnsborn. High level service, food and wines. And then there’s the ambiance; a beautiful garden and surrounding forrest. Must have been if you’re looking for quality stays in The Netherlands.

Beautiful hotel in the nature! The room was clean and comfortable. I would give one constructive feedback: even though there are many people that like watching tv on their holidays, that was not the case for us. The tv was positioned on a moving table at the end of the bed. Personally don't want a tv to be the first thing I see in the morning. But we had a great stay there !

The perfect place for a destination wedding! The rooms are stylishly designed yet comfortable and practical. The event venue was gorgeous! The staff is incredibly professional yet friendly and the food was delicious. The grounds are beautiful and perfect for walks or bike rides... what more could you ask for?! We hope to make it back again some day for a quiet family weekend.

Be careful before booking because most of the rooms are not the ones that appear on the pictures. We booked a Junior Suite from their own website for the last weekend and when we arrived there after a long day SURPRISE the room was not the one that we booked. What we have been told was that the other rooms already checked in and that was the only one left; has a bathroom in a container which stays outside of the room and a dirty wall view with almost no light. Of course we asked for a refund which we are still waiting to receive it for a week now, and left the hotel immediately. Very frusturated. Edit: Their apology is worse than what they have done. Wiebe; you don’t need to lie on an open platform. How sorry it is to see that you didn’t even know what happened that day. We didn’t even spend 15mins in total, we NEVER said that we wanted to stay in the room that was assigned, we didn’t like the room that you showed because it didn’t meet the promises, we didn’t accept the refund that moment because you wanted to give it all in Cash in small amounts (€10-20) eventhough we paid it by card. And yes we finally received the refund, after publishing my review, which is interesting, and several phone calls/emails for a week. How unfortunate it is to see this attitude from your side on an open platform, eventhough on phone calls and face to face you were humble and sorry, saying that you could do anything to clear this disappointment. But now it seems that you didn’t even care about the damage that you have caused. I just hope you learn from this and won’t cause the same for the other people.

This was an excellent choice of a hotel for a short holiday in the east of The Netherlands. The family that runs the hotel and the supporting crew are warm, friendly and generous people. It’s close to nature as well as to city-like amenities. We had a great time here!

We have been here a couple of times and food was okay. We arrived to have a couple of drinks and staff did not let us in as they said we had to be a hotel guest or eat a full meal. Staff was unkind and acted very snobby. Not recommended.

We booked a gastronomic package for two nights. We experienced a very warm welcome. The room was spacious with view on the front lawn and side. After a nice cup of tea we made a walk over the magnificent grounds. They have two routes of different length. Because of Covid 19 we had our meals in the room. Perfectly set table for two at the window with candle light. Dinner was superb. Also our breakfast was very good with nice choices. We loved our stay.

As a private guest highly recommend to avoid. It's a conference/wedding venue only. No noise policy, isolation of the rooms are very bad, stars of the hotel and their pricing are questionable. Stayed a night in a separate building, looked forward to a relaxed one... but at 23:15 I had to call the reception to ask to calm down a very noisy drunk company in a restaurant in the main bulding. One of them, apparently by mistake, persistently knocked on our door in 20 minutes. Very unpleasant. All the conversations that took place in the corridor or other rooms are very well audible. The icing on the cake, at 7.30 in the morning a truck with apperantly gravel arrived for some constructions or whatever. Like you cannot do it 2 hours later in a sake of your guests. A closed window does not make a difference at all, it seems that everything is happening in your room. I also think that it is indecent to train restaurant staff next to the guests, who are having breakfast. There is no convenient car access to the hotel entrance, so most likely you need to carry your luggage. Not to mention, the pricing is very odd, overall experience that we got that night can't be worth 206 euros. The hotel does not reach the level it claims to represent. Pro's: staff was friendly, the room was very warm, standard tea&coffee in the room, nice scent of the shower gel, comfy bed. I liked the tiles in the bathroom with the print of the old photo of the landgoed.
