★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed my experience learning Dutch at this school. I did the course to go from A2 to B1 (1). Erwin creates an awesome learning environment and makes the language approachable, cutting away a lot of the unnecessary complexity I've seen with other learning methods. I'm definitely going to continue through to level B2 with this school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signing up for the course was a horrible experience. I signed up through Meetup, but there were no further instructions (no Zoom link, etc.). As the first class time approached, there were still no news or instructions, so I reached out via WhatsApp. The person with whom I chatted would not let me join the class and insisted that I signed up too late, and that the class was no longer available, despite a normal confirmation from Meetup that everything was fine. They were also completely unapologetic about the confusion with the Meetup signup, and their attitude was extremely unprofessional. It was unbelievably disappointing, as I had basically planned out an entire month of my life around this course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just finished Levin Language School's A0-A1 and A1-A2 Dutch intensive courses, and found them outstanding. All aspects receive my high marks from the encouraging and positive teaching style to how the fine points of the language were presented, and I especially appreciated the focus on learning how to speak and comprehend Dutch. I would highly recommend this school and Edwin for anyone who wants to be conversational, and to be able to enjoy socially interacting and functioning in the Netherlands without speaking English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took an eight week A1-A2 level course and I can definitely see improvement in my speaking abilities. Every lesson we were talking, talking, talking. No boring exercises in pairs or groups, no boring PowerPoint presentations and such. We talked about our lives, current events and other interesting topics. Learning words and Dutch expressions that we can use in daily conversations. This course is perfect for those who feel a little "language shy" and want to improve their communication in Dutch. I liked the atmosphere and easy-going vibe during the lessons with teacher Edwin. This method they use in this school takes also some self-discipline and motivation. You will need to spend 2-3 hours before every lesson to learn and do the exercises. If you do that, you will see a big jump in your progress.
