This company consists of vipers and sujets. Preferably order your belongings from Oger or Aurelien. I have rarely experienced this.
D	Don on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer mooie winkel met deskundig personeel. Je kunt hier terecht voor de mooiere kledingmerken en accessoires maar ook voor kleding op maat zul je bij Lutz zeker slagen! Very nice store with knowledgeable staff. You can go here for the nicer clothing brands and accessories, but also for tailor-made clothing you will certainly succeed at Lutz!

S	Stephanie Glas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 ster is nog teveel voor Lutz. We hebben een jurk besteld in de webshop. Deze werd beschadigd geleverd. We hebben de kurk teruggestuurd. Vervolgens beschuldigd Lutz ons ervan dat wij de jurk beschadigd hebben en ze weigeren het bedrag terug te storten, dus we hebben geen jurk en zijn 200 euro kwijt . Echt vreselijk dat een bedrijf dat zich " stijlvol " noemt op deze manier met klanten om gaat en zo geld wil verdienen. We willen iedereen afraden om een bestelling te plaatsen bij Lutz . 1 star is too much for Lutz. We have ordered a dress in the webshop. This was delivered damaged. We sent the cork back. Then Lutz accused us of damaging the dress and they refused to refund the amount, so we have no dress and have lost 200 euros. Really terrible that a company that calls itself "stylish" treats customers this way and wants to make money that way. We want to advise everyone not to place an order with Lutz.
