★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an item from them via Bol.com and they (their bol.com user name is "Sellaz") gave me a track and trace number by PostNL. But after 4 days of waiting the shipping status stays the same "Shipment information received but not in sorting process". They did not ship the item yet. And after complaining client service of bol.com they did not explain what really happened with that shipping and instead they gave me a new tracking id. Normally PostNL delivers within 24 hours of shipping. But after 32 hours of waiting it's the same thing again. Total 5 days I waited still they couldn't ship the item. So, I called up bol.com and I told them that I'm done with this seller and canceled my order. This seller is not punctual or honest about their words. Please beware !! DON'T TRUST THEM !! They are just like a new type of scammers. Don't buy/order anything from them, save your time and money.

I paid the most expensive part for an "original Apple Screen" - turned out to be a cheap, Chinese screen and the proximity sensor didn't work. Colors were not as bright, and after 2 weeks the screen broke again after a MINOR drop. This crowd are running a BIG SCAM! Please DO NOT do business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left the phone, within 1hr it was fixed. Had the battery loose only. Very honest they charged me a minor fee when they could have charged me an entire component without noticing. Very good service and treatment to customers. Recommended.

They promised what I said, always response quickly, nice to customer
the package was arrived on time(except my invoice)and I got a sealed ipad pro as described on facebook page.
