★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all happy. Poor cutsomer service. I dont agree with the way anything was managed for the services I was there for.
First of all I was not given full and proper services.
Indeed I wanted a late ppointment but if they really wanted to close their shop sharp at 5 then they should not have made the appointment. This was not my mistake.
And when they got into argument it just felt to me to run away from there. They told me that there was no time for nail polish on feet and I was wondering if they didnt have time why did they ask me to come, could have simply declined it.
I simply dont have good words for their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. I asked for a light pastel blue color (I pointed at it) and they gave me a weird neon green color which did not look good at all! There were places on my finger nails which had not been properly covered (I did shellac) and it looked a bit rushed/messy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ would have been better if I did it myself. very bad service (waited almost 1 hour after my appointment to start) and extremely unprofessional. went there for a manicure, the place smells insanely like chemicals. water for dipping was very dirty and they cut my fingers. even the towel was dirty and the person taking care of my nails spilled water all over me and didn't give me anything to dry. they filed the top of my nails with a very aggressive nail file which made my nails thin and full of lines. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. charged me full price and did not even apologise
