Update december: al weer 4 weken radiostilte. Zeer slechte zaak. Koop nooit bij Montel. Wordt tijd dat ik radar en de Consumentenbond maar inschakel. En een klacht bij Montel en de klachtencommissie. Update: Eindelijk werd het geleverd, was weer niet goed. Zelfs na meermalen toegezegde uitgebreide kwaliteitscontrole. Reactie Montel: wat is er wel goed gegaan? Woorden als sorry of excuus komt montel niet uit de strot. Hele slechte zaak. Updateber 2018: nog steeds niks, wacht 11 maanden. Klantenservice zegt dingen toe, komt niet na. Slechte onbetrouwbare organisatie. Koop ergens anders, niet bij montel. Slechte en onbetrouwbare service. Wacht nu al 8 maanden op een bestelling. Wordt regelmatig van klantenservice naar de muur gestuurd. Koop niet bij montel.
Update December: radio silence for 4 weeks. Very bad thing. Never buy from Montel. About time I called in radar and the Consumers' Association. And a complaint to Montel and the complaints committee. Update: Finally it was delivered, was not good again. Even after extensive quality control promised several times. Montel's response: what went well? Words like sorry or excuse don't come out of Montel's throat. Very bad thing. Update 2018: still nothing, wait 11 months. Customer service says things, but does not deliver. Bad unreliable organization. Buy elsewhere, not from montel. Bad and unreliable service. Have been waiting for an order for 8 months now. Is regularly sent from customer service to the wall. Do not buy from montel.

Vriendelijke mensen,maar de offertes schrijft men hier met een vork.Er wordt van alles verzonnen om de prijs zo hoog mogelijk te maken.Duurdere poten,ander dit en dat,onderhoudskit a € 240,=extra,het houd niet op. De klant wordt niets gevraagt.Uiteindelijk in een ander Montel vestiging een beter offerte gekregen zonder poespas.Scheelde toch bijna €1500,=
Friendly people, but the quotes are written here with a fork. Everything is invented to make the price as high as possible. More expensive legs, other this and that, maintenance kit of € 240, = extra, it doesn't stop. The customer is not asked anything, and finally received a better offer in another Montel location without any fuss. Still saved nearly € 1500, =

Mooie winkel met professioneel personeel, geen gedram van kopen nu maar van wat is u vraag en waar kunnen wij iets voor U betekenen. Daar hou ik van. Nog niets gekocht omdat we ons aan het oriënteren zijn. Maar we zouden zomaar hier iets kunnen gaan kopen

Do not buy anything from Montel. Service is the worst I have seen in years. When placing the order we stated that we needed the sofa before New Year. Only possible date was 24 Dec. We said, that on that day we will not be home between 9 and 12 and begged to have it delivered in the afternoon. They said they will leave a request with the order. And what do you think they did in the end? They placed the delivery during this time. Specifically during this time, Carl! When called the Client Service, they said that they could not do anything about it. You pay thousands for their sofas and delivery and you get zero service. None!

Those are clearly one of the very good furniture shops you can buy from. Delivery happened on time, facilitations in payments, good advice and overall I didn’t see any rushing from them to drag the penny out of the customer pocket. The after sales service is sluggish sometimes but they try to improve.
