Very confusing because they also sell clothes here and everything is a bit mixed up for the rest the service is not super bad but it can continue.

The employee was very nice and explained clearly what she was going to do. My third holes were shot beautifully!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloze service! Door drukte tijdens Black Friday raakt mijn bestelling zoek in het systeem. Ik krijg het bericht dat mijn bestelling niet goed is doorgekomen en ik word geadviseerd om mijn bestelling opnieuw te plaatsen. Anderhalve week later ontvang ik alsnog een bestelbevestiging en nu krijg ik te horen dat ik 15 km enkele reis kan gaan rijden en duur kan parkeren in de binnenstad van Eindhoven, omdat ik zelf naar een vestiging moet. Belachelijk!
Lousy service! Due to crowds during Black Friday, my order is lost in the system. I receive a message that my order did not go through and I am advised to place my order again. A week and a half later I still receive an order confirmation and now I am told that I can drive 15 km one way and that I can park expensively in the city center of Eindhoven, because I have to go to a branch myself. Ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As you enter the newest addition to Kleine Berg's range of boutique shops, it immediately feels like a holiday. The store is bright and airy, the staff are friendly and relaxed, cool, low-key music is playing in the background and it evens smells a bit like a spa. The available jewellery feels fresh and bohemian, although I'm not sure how they source their jewellery/clothes. So if you are more sustainability conscious, more research is required. For the clothes, expect block colours and pretty prints. When I visited there were multiple pieces available in different colours. Perfect if you love the shape of one item, but not the colour! We're so used to having this option online, it's nice to have it offline.
