I observed and asked them but they spoke irresponsible and simply said it’s an human mistake ?????? Also they charged me without any servicing done.. I am not happy with them...
G	Güney Hanedan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a quality used bike and aterwards had some apparatus for a decent price. The shopkeeper is quite friendly, welcoming and appreciates humor. I see quite negative comments here but may be the shopkeepers have gone through some spiritual transformation?

Sometimes it does become more expensive that we agree on but he also explain the reason and I personally rether have him done a good job and ask me more then just do what we agree on and do the job to the half. And he also give other options if the service we'll be too expecive so he really try to help and do a excellent job and I am very happy with them. I don't really understand all this negative comments here because to me they a far from that. I have another bike to fix today but they r close and I could take to another shop but I rather wait until tomorrow when they are open again.:)
M	MHYLINE CRUZ SANTIAGO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son's bicycle's wheels had flat tires last Friday the 19-06 and I courteously ask for help to pump the wheels but the guy just handed over the pump to me & did not dare to help me though I asked him a 1000 times to give me a hand as I don't know how to use it. I understand your personel must be so scared of getting infected but helllooooo me too. The most disrespectful & unprofessional bicycle store I've ever been. Get training of GOOD MANNERS & RIGHT CONDUCT & COSTUMER FOCUS.

A	Arthur Choy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and lying. First they will talk you into doing a bike checkup (cost €17.50) and says you can select and fix the listed problems after the checkup. During that talk, they will say you can fix some problems at some later stage, BUT NO. After the checkup, they gave me 2 prices (€315 and €185) to fix the bike and I cannot select which problems to fix first and fix later. I was told this "you cannot select the problems and have to fix at the stated price or don't fix the bike at all and pay for the check up price". They are forcing you to pay a certain price! Also, with those prices, I can already get a new similar bike online! Please don't go to this store!
