Ondanks dat zijn Carola en Ronald altijd super klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam. En ze kennen m'n naam, terwijl ik er zelden kom. Dat is toch klantvriendelijk en goede service?!
I have been a customer for 20 years. I wear hard contact lenses and they last for about five years with me, so they don't earn much from me. Despite that, Carola and Ronald are always super customer-friendly and helpful. And they know my name, while I rarely get there. Isn't that friendly and good service ?!

Totaal niet thuis zijnde in de brillenwereld…moest ik met dochterlief van 4 jaar, op stap voor een brilletje.
Zag door al het glas de brillen niet meer x)
…maar deze winkel, met uitermate vriendelijk, geduldig(mijn dochter is een fladder) en professionele medewerkers, was een life saver!
Chapeau, ik blijf komen!

Totally not at home in the world of glasses… I had to go out with my daughter of 4 years for glasses.
Couldn't see the glasses through all the glass x)
…but this shop, with extremely friendly, patient (my daughter is a flutter) and professional staff, was a life saver!
