★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have spent some money here over the years, but this is the last time we are accepting insult and rude behaviour. Most of the monteurs are friendly, accept for the one guy who is the most customer unfriendly, rude (and aggressive) I have come across (clearly not the owner). Website says shop open until 1830; I arrive to pick up my repaired bike and he tells me that I am too late (18.10); after some discussion he reluctantly allowed me to take my bike!. Never coming back here again and I advise others to do so as well. Wonder if the owner tolerates this behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly staff replaced the derailleur on my road bike and fixed a bunch of other problems for a very nice price. Super happy with the service - these guys definitely know what they're doing. Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my bike in cos I had a flat tire and the sales guy was super nice and professional. He promised to try to patch it so I wouldn't need to get a new tire and he did! Also, he was clearly really passionate about what he does cos when he saw my vintage bike, he went on to show me the new models of the same brand. I highly recommend this place. It's always nice to see people do what they love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to many many bikes shops in Amsterdam over the years. At this store I had probably the worst experience. I came in for a flat tire, the guy, quite frankly, was kind of rude and refused to fix it without selling me an outside tire as well because he knew "my tire would be flat within a week" otherwise. My tire was flat within a week anyway... Also charged me well above market price. So: above average prices, below average quality work and bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly, but not helpful. You come for a 30 second fix, offer to pay for it, and you get a no, only because it's 1745 and in 15 min the store should be closed. You ask them for a tool to fix it by yourself, and also no. This type of service is not and shouldn't be sustainable. Can't recommend.
