★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reparatie is gelukt dat is positief. De communicatie ronduit slecht. Je moet als klant maar wachten en zelf bellen. Dit was een complexe reparatie en het enige wat hoorde was we zijn ermee bezig. Buiten de tijd zijn de kosten van reparatie zeer slecht gecommuniceerd met een hoge onverwachte factuur tot gevolg. Spreek duidelijk een bedrag vooraf af. Ja er zit veel tijd in de reparatie maar als een bedrijf iets niet of niet goed communiceerd is dit bedrijf risico en niet dat van de klant.
Repair was successful, which is positive. The communication is really bad. As a customer you just have to wait and call yourself. This was a complex repair and all we heard was we're working on it. Outside the time, the costs of repair are very poorly communicated, resulting in a high unexpected invoice. Agree clearly on an amount in advance. Yes, there is a lot of time in the repair, but if a company does not communicate something or does not communicate well, this company is a risk and not that of the customer.
