★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijn bedrijf. Snelle levering en altijd een persoonlijk bericht bij je levering. Maar wat er echt uitspringt is de klachtenafhandeling. Ik had een item gekocht wat snel stuk ging na een paar keer dragen en heb dit aangekaart. Men kwam snel met een prima oplossing, mocht het item kosteloos terugsturen en iets nieuws uitzoeken. Snelle communicatie, ik voelde mij serieus genomen en dingen waren snel afgehandeld naar volle tevredenheid.
 Fine company. Fast delivery and always a personal message with your delivery. But what really stands out is the complaint handling. I had bought an item that broke quickly after wearing it a few times and I brought this up. They quickly came up with an excellent solution, were allowed to return the item free of charge and sort out something new. Fast communication, I felt taken seriously and things were handled quickly to full satisfaction.

Helaas nooit geen bril ontvangen en volgens de wel al geleverde track en trace is het pakket wel aangemeld maar nooit met post nl meegegeven.
Verzoek om terugbetaling word genegeerd.
Apart zaakje. *Update*
Uiteindelijk toch een bril ontvangen met een zogenaamd lief bedoeld briefje waarop staat “liefs van Charlotte”. Mijn advies: niet doen.
Goedkope manier van klantenbinding wat bij menig mens juist aversie oproept.
Bezorg op tijd. Steek daar tijd in ipv briefjes schrijven.
Lousy business. Ordered glasses that would be delivered the next day.
Unfortunately, no glasses were ever received and according to the already delivered track and trace, the package was registered but never sent with post nl.
Refund request is ignored.
Separate place. *Update*
Eventually received a pair of glasses with a so-called sweet note that says “love from Charlotte”. My advice: don't.
Inexpensive way of customer loyalty, which in fact evokes aversion in many people.
Deliver on time. Put time in that instead of writing notes.

I wrote customer service in NL Ashley told me to use one bag!!,,, of course, I am using one bag! I just want a UPS label. I have 14 days to return the tshirts at no expense to me. I wrote again asking for a lanbel and have waiting 2 days. I'm traveling with the package in my luggage to return! What now? Suzy Gates
