β β β β β Zoals altijd fantastisch geholpen bij de aankoop van een nieuwe gravelbike. De flexibiliteit om mee te denken in deze tijd van schaarste, en toch te komen tot een grandioze setup heb ik zeer gewaardeerd.
As always fantastic help with the purchase of a new gravel bike. I greatly appreciated the flexibility to think along in this time of scarcity, and yet to arrive at a grandiose setup.

β β β β β Sharing opinion for the mechanics service:
1 had to reset the lefty fork and fix the lockout - result reset has been done, lockout isnβt fixed and fork maintenance had to do in other place, has been charged only for lockout. My bad that I didnβt made quality assurance of job,
2 had and issue with disk breaks and was not able to reset to caliper/pistol/break pads to initial position, mechanic proposed to replace the whole break set to newer, for the 300euro. I bought the new caliper and replaced it by myself. Breaks are still working excellent (4 years gone). I recommend you to always get second opinion, looks like the mechanic was just lazy to replace the caliper and prefer bigger scope of work.
3. My wife had to replace all the system, job was done okey - but gears were switching unreliably, after the quick look I found that rear wheel hub is broken and wheel is biased, the mechanic was not proactive, it was easier to se during the back derailleur adjustment, but mechanic just ignored the fact, because he wasnβt asked to do anything.
4. I complained to the noise in electrical engine, asked to replace seatpost screw and break pads. As a result the noise was not fixed, mechanic reported he is not able to find the source, but he cleaned the engine. The plastic case was cracked (for Ed this later, probably it was before , but at least would be great to propose me to replace it). Break pads are changed, but I had to center them and discs at home, because of it wasnβt done properly. Screw wasnβt replaced as asked. And 200 euro bill.
I donβt recommend to used their service unless you donβt have other opinion, than you have to set exact scope of work and do not expect for proactive activities and test the result carefully.

β β β β β I had a bike bitting back in Jan'20. I appreciated the attitude of the staff, very kind and trying to help. However, the expertise is not up to standards. I encourage the people with complains to get a bike fit, with a certified physiotherapist (i have consulted many specialist and they all go against retul system, it most of the time, sets the saddle way too high). The system used there is Retul, they go and trained people to complete the job, but based on universal angles and methods that a bit outdated, for instance, the Fore/Aft of the saddle by using the KOPS method. We all are different, with different back flexibility, hips, stronger and weaker, pedaling technie (heel dropper or opposite) et, they never took that into account. Additionally, the report that was shared, was not clear on what the initial, version 2 and final fitting of the bike was, and by checking in detail, I realised that the geometry of my bike, was not accurately mimic on the bike fitting bike they have there, it had some big gaps in some angles (mainly, saddle setback). Also, when the bike was sent to the mechanic to adjust it accordingly, he couldnβt care less about the report, which was a bummer since the other person was trying to do his best (he didnt look at the handlebar drop, saddle height, etc). As a result, I have been injured for about six months, due to the wrongly saddle setback and significant changes on saddle height at once. I really regret having gone there and paying the pricy service; lesson learnt, and my next bike fitting will be with somebody with a IBFI certification.
