★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was absolutely no dish that let us down. The flat bread was baked very well and the labneh was welll-seasoned. The patatas brave were crispy and the sweet sauce really added to the dish. The flat iron steak was really good (no idea how the chef got it to be that good). The salmon and the pimentos are very similar to what the chef served at a previous place, but those were our favorites there. The lemon meringue pie was tasty, but with the sauce around, it was absolutely amazing.

The main protagonist of this joint is the Mibrasa charcoal oven ♨️? All dishes are cooked in this thing. Pimientos de padrón ? red beets, burgers ?, flat iron steaks from Miguel Vergara?, Dorades ?. You name it. All dishes are meant to be shared. Probably after one bite you don’t want to. But hey, you’re a polite person?.
