Moet je hem op gaan sturen, zodat ze hem 'technisch' kunnen onderzoeken. Net alsof je gaat lopen liegen voor 15 euro. Je krijgt vervolgens geen retourlabel of wat dan ook. Verzendkosten zijn voor jezelf. Vervolgens kunnen ze dus een onzinreden verzinnen waarom het oortje kapot is. Ben je jouw oortje kwijt en nog extra verzendkosten. Koop hier niet je spullen, om dit gedoe te voorkomen. Omslachtig gedoe. Sell earphones of ali express quality. Spend 45 euros for 3 ears. One is already defective after 1.5 weeks and 3x use. You have to send it in so they can 'technically' examine it. Just like you're going to lie for 15 euros. You will not receive a return label or anything. Shipping costs are for yourself. Then they can come up with a nonsense reason why the earpiece is broken. Have you lost your earphone and additional shipping costs. To avoid this hassle, do not buy your stuff here.
