★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De afgelopen jaren heb ik nogal wat voor m'n kiezen gehad. Daarom sloot ik me aan bij de lessen van Thirza in de yogapraktijk. Vooral Yin yoga en Restorative gaf zij. Heerlijk tot rust komen iedere keer.
Daarna ging ze mindwalks opzetten. Weer sloot ik me bij haar aan, lekker lopend en mediterend door de Zoelense bossen. In de natuur zijn is al fijn, maar de oefeningen die we daarbij doen, zijn ook geweldig.
Pasgeleden doen we samen private mindwalks. Alleen wij tweetjes. Ze gebruikt weer allerlei methodes van de yoga en meditatie wereld, maar nu is ze ook mijn coach. We zoeken samen uit hoe ik deze gemoedstoestand van verlies en afscheid positief kan draaien. De mooiste gesprekken onder het lopen of zittend tussen de bomen of aan de waterkant in het zonnetje zelfs gisteren. Ik ben zo blij met onze walks... dankjewel Thirza
 Over the past few years I've had a lot to choose from. That's why I joined Thirza's classes in yoga practice. She especially taught Yin yoga and Restorative. Relaxing every time.
Then she started doing mind walks. Again I joined her, walking and meditating through the forests of Zoelen. Being in nature is nice, but the exercises we do with it are also great.
We recently did private mindwalks together. Just the two of us. She again uses all kinds of methods from the yoga and meditation world, but now she is also my coach. Together we find out how I can turn this state of mind of loss and goodbye positively. The most beautiful conversations while walking or sitting between the trees or on the waterfront in the sun even yesterday. I am so happy with our walks... thank you Thirza
