β β β β β Not enough staff at times. I waited in the line for 10 minutes and finally when it was my turn I was put aside to wait for an answer. Awkwardly waited in front of the counter until they decided to help me. Interesting customer service understanding.
One star for finally being able to send my package, the second one for clean and organized store.
