β β β β β Super arrogant manager, that is not flexible and doesn't help the people when they ask harder questions, mostly about packages. For 3 times, he started ignoring me when I want explanations regarding my Post delivery.

β β β β β Hate this place so much! Lazy and unhelpul staff. One time the lady at the desk made a mistake and wrote a wrong sum and the customs almost had me pay hundreds of euros extra. Other times thw boys were just rude and unhelpful. Do urself a favour and go somewhere else if possible

β β β β β I received an e-mail to collect my package. I arrived there and the employee told me that they havent put the packages in an order yet so i had to go again. As the brand was stated outside of the carton box, it was obvious that there were only 4-5 possible packages. However, the employee denied to have a look on those 5 pachages, and although i had received an e-mail to go and collect my package i had to leave and go again later. also to mentioned that i was literally the only client inside the shop at this time.

β β β β β Terrible customer service. I went to take my package and the man who "looked" for it was very rude. I don't even know how he works in such a position where he needs to interact with customers (the man was relatively big size, skin of color, wearing glasses, didn't catch his name). After he checked in the system for the passcode and he didn't find it, he went behind to check only at one specific location and he came back half minute later to simply declare "sir I don't have it". When I asked him what can have happened and if he can check if one of his colleagues maybe put it somewhere else, he started repeating with attitude "sir I don't have it".
I told him that I have the paper that the package is delivered there and that I don't like his attitude. His response? "I dont like your attitude". Unbelievable...
He was on a rush to finish his shift and go to home for the NYE. One star review only for you to start 2020 in a good way!

β β β β β Very unprofessional service and unfocused staff! Especially the bold guy with glasses has a very disrespectful way of treating customers and should not be working at the counters which is reflected in a couple of negative reviews about him. Unfortunately I could not avoid visiting this place couple of times and often you see the staff joking around and having fun while there is a queue waiting. I am the first one who is into fun at work however it should be still productive and not on the expense of the customer. They work very imprecisely and inconsistent (probably caused by the distraction from joking around with each other) which leads to giving wrong suggestions, not finding packages, putting in wrong shipment information etc. name it, I had it all... The staff in general is friendly however this will turn fast into an attitude if they realize they did a mistake which they dont want to admit or if your case takes too much time. Due to the fact that there is almost each time a challenge or incident whenever I go with a request or pick up, I am honestly considering taking the next Primera in the future, which is located 2km away from this one.

β β β β β Careful of the owner, he makes money off of what people do not know.
Primera Karspeldreef is a PostNL (the Dutch postal company) service point.
I have spent hundreds if not thousands Euros at this place over the last 6 years living here.
Specifically, when posting for about 20-30 packages insured within EU countries, one day the owner steps into one of my package runs and says "YOU ARE OBLIGED TO BUY THE SEALBAGS HERE TO POST YOUR INSURED EU PACKAGE".
I do not contest, because I trust his judgement owning his shop for decades and servicing POSTNL.
However, I have never head of this rule, so I do my due diligence:
1. called postNL twice ask about this - postNL denies this is obligatory. A Seal bag is not even needed
2. called postNL twice ask about this - Can a service point decide own policy and force me to buy seal bag for insured packages? answer : no!
3. looked at PostNl official corporate website: is it mentioned there? not it is not, it is not obligatory to use and pay for seal bags for insured packages
I go back to the shop , ask questions and provide the evidence mentioned above, where the first response of the owner is annoyed and bittered.
I ask him to research this:
1. he shows me a screen shot on his phone that looks fake that supposedly shows him right
2. he calls someone that I cannot talk to but say they confirm what he says is true.
I walk out, being almost shouted out, but I take it like a man. Humble and somewhat ahsamed.
I get home, call the PostNL line again, present the case + my visit. I successfully file a complaint. They said it is NOT okay for any shop or person to (mis)carry the PostNL flag and treat customers like this.
I do not know the guy's name, but he is bald and wears glasses and is around 55 years old at least.
Be careful.
