★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner spent 2 night at this hotel.
It’s a bit strange but really interesting location.
Jasmina at the reception is a lovely girl so helpful and very attentive on her good job.
We were lucky to find Jasmina, because we had an issue with the cleaner at the room that was very rud.
But Jasmina with her great job and management, she helps us out with the issue.

It's price is too high for the area of its rooms, single rooms are fine but double rooms are very tight..
Services are ok to be honest...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed with my friends for two days , they charged us some extra 40€ (we still don’t know why) from our credit card and they are completely ignoring our mails and calls !! Be careful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room pictures looked a lot better when booking then in reality. The room was large with lot of windows, but the only decoratiln was one painting hanging on the wall.
Floor is very old and ugly linoleum no caroets anywhere. All window blinds were broken and dusty. Also some other places were dusty. Only amenity was a kettle.
Overall the room was quite disappointing I had this eastern european dormitory vibe. But we still had a good time the location is very nice, if you just mainly go there to sleep it good be a good option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry I have to do a bad review, because I also have a business. The facility was truly unprofessional! In September I booked for the New Year period, but unfortunately THEIR country is in lockdown, and for obvious reasons we will not go during this period. We asked the property if it was possible to move the date, but they denied us that possibility. You are really unprofessional, I will not recommend your hotel to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice hotel BUT we get charged by almost 40€ more without a notice from our credit card!
I tried several times to contact them and while the first time they said that they returned the money, a month later nothing has been returned and they are ignoring all my calls and messages! Stay away from them!

The shower is amazing, great heating system. The price is good, one train station away from Amsterdam super comfortable. The surrounding are pretty too you have everything just one block away
