★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible dinner at Le Courage, Maastricht. Stunning food at ridiculously low prices and a fantastic, easy going, friendly and personal service. Don't even think of going there. The place is ours. Oh, and apparently they also do a great extensive entirely home made high tea for just €18.50.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful dinner at Nigel's restaurant. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the cook can accommodate any allergies or diets. This restaurant works with a surprise menu, and even though we had very high expectations, it was surprisingly delicious indeed. Highly recommended if one seeks a fine dining experience in Maastricht!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Details matter to make an experience unforgettable. Here you will remember every detail! The staff was absolutely marvellous from the moment we arrived. They accommodated our baby buggy (whereas at other restaurants we were unable to make a booking because of the baby) and they were very aware of my vegetarian preference. The best place I’ve ever dined vegetarian food in the Netherlands. Tasty, well cooked and different ingredients!
Exquisite food. Very knowledgeable on wines that accompanied the different dishes. Staff welcoming, outstanding hospitality! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful evening at Le Courage - a warm welcome, friendly and attentive service, excellent food and wine, and lovely relaxed atmosphere. It was great to be able to say our general preferences and leave the dish choice to the chefs!
Please open another in Amsterdam!!

The chef is very creative and each course is a lovely surprise! She especially excels at desserts, so my husband and I dubbed her “The Dessert Queen”! We’ll be back.
