★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, great food, great food. Best Thai food I've ever had in my life. Granted I only ate Thai food for many years in Manhattan and Boston never in Thailand , but I was blown away by freshness and balance and quality. Even fried rice that I have eaten many times in my life was an absolute delight. I highly recommend this place. The staff of the restaurant was very friendly, fluent in English and made us feel unrushed and welcomed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a reasonable thai restaurant. The starters were excellent, especially the chicken salad. The main courses we're okay. The green curry tasted more of turmeric than anything else, the red curry was rather mild in flavour. Wasn't completely authentic Thai. Not bad, but not good either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well...service was slow...we waited for 40 minutes to receive our starters. The satay sauce doesn't contain a trace of peanut and is too sweet.
Finally 1 hour and 10 minutes the main arrived (yes I counted as my reservation was for 7 today) main courses tasted like something you buy in a jar and just add coconut milk...i could have made it myself.
Having eaten Thai food around the world as it's my favourite cuisine I was looking forward to my first Thai restaurant in Netherlands....left absolutely disappointed.
Poor quality of food and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Thai food and I’m very picky about it-this was really authentic Thai food and also not the boring dishes you’ve always get. It had the spirit and flavor of Thailand wich I love! This is one of my favorite restaurants now and I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. I ordered several items on the menu and all of then are equally amazing.
Aside from the great food the place (pick up) the place looks absolutely gorgeous and the staff is really nice.
If you are in utrecht and need a place to eat or in the current situation to order from, river kwai is definitely something to be recommended.
Would give more stars if I could

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As if you walk into a restaurant in Thailand. Nice and friendly service from original Thai people. Quality of the food is excellent and similar to Thai food in Thailand. A great variety of dishes are available in a nice Thai ambiance and atmosphere. Highly recommended if you want to have a good Thai dinner.
