Aantal zaken waren helaas niet netjes uitgevoerd: 1: afdeklat op het schuine paneel bestond uit 2 stukken --> 1 groot stuk en een klein stukje van +/- 7 cm. Dit punt is opgelost (na >1 maand na het plaatsen van de schutting) nadat ik het heb gemeld maar eigenlijk ben ik er niet blij mee dat ze denken dat een klant dit accepteert. 2: Op de plaats van de hoekpaal was een paal voor een recht stuk geplaatst met aan de zijkant een stuk rvs waar de betonnen onderplaat in vastzat. Dit zag er niet netjes uit. Na een lange discussie is deze paal vervangen voor een hoekpaal maar de onderplaat die was afgezaagd voor de rvs houder is niet vervangen. Hierdoor hangt de plaat op maximaal 2 mm in de inkeping in de paal. Schuttingconcurrent weigert de onderplaat te vervangen omdat ze van mening zijn dat deze plaat goed vastzit. Ik geef schuttingconcurrent 3 sterren, De slechte klantenservice bij een klacht haalt het cijfer erg omlaag. Ook zijn ze telefonisch en per mail erg slecht bereikbaar. Fence of 32 meters quickly installed. A number of things were unfortunately not properly executed: 1: cover strip on the sloping panel consisted of 2 pieces -> 1 large piece and a small piece of +/- 7 cm. This issue has been resolved (after> 1 month after the fence has been installed) after I have reported it but actually I am not happy that they think a customer will accept this. 2: At the place of the corner post a post was placed in front of a straight piece with a piece of stainless steel on the side where the concrete base plate was attached. This didn't look neat. After a long discussion, this post was replaced by a corner post, but the bottom plate that was sawn off for the stainless steel holder has not been replaced. This allows the plate to hang at a maximum of 2 mm in the notch in the post. Fence competitor refuses to replace the bottom plate because they believe this plate is well secured. I give fencing competitor 3 stars. The poor customer service in case of a complaint lowers the rating very much. They are also very difficult to reach by telephone and e-mail.
W	Wim van 't Hooft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik wil hierbij even een compliment uitspreken over schutingconcurent ze hadden een dubbele afspraak staan op 6april met veel puzzle werk zijn ze toch na werktijd bij ons langs geweest en hebben in 2dagen tijd 20meter schutting geplaatst in Baarle-hertog Zeer te vreden ik kan iedereen dit bedrijf aan bevelen cijfer 10 van de buren en van fam van't hooft I would like to express a compliment about the schuting competitor they had a double appointment on April 6 with a lot of puzzle work, they still visited us after working hours and placed a 20 meter fence in Baarle-Hertog in 2 days Very happy I can recommend this company to everyone, rating 10 from the neighbors and from fam van't hooft

Geen reactie op whats app en sms. Inmiddels 4 weken verder. Kortom het leek een goed bedrijf maar klanten willen ze nu niet en klantvriendelijk reageren lukt ook niet. This seemed like a good company, so asked for a quote. Also had 2x contact about this by telephone but still no quotation. No response to whats app and sms. Meanwhile 4 weeks further. In short, it seemed like a good company, but they do not want customers now and responding in a customer-friendly manner is not possible either.

Vriendelijke gasten en het werk zat ze echt 100% tegen. De andere schuttingen mogen ze ook komen doen volgend jaar! I don't understand the negative reactions… they have just placed a beautiful fence here as agreed. Friendly guests and the work was really against them 100%. They can also come and do the other fences next year!

That was no problem. Never heard from them again and they refuse to deliver. Rude in communication. Very inpolite in phone calls. NOOIT KOPEN HIER. Corrupt bedrijf. Getekend aanbod maar ze leveren niet. Al 6 maanden. Allemaal leveringssmoesjes. Ik heb ze gebeld om te downscalen naar alleen de stee fence. Dat was geen probleem. Nooit meer iets van ze gehoord en ze weigeren te leveren. Onbeleefd in communicatie. Heel onbeleefd aan de telefoon. Ze zijn heel druk dus er moet we iets geleverd worden. Already 6 months. All delivery stuff. I called them to downscale to just the stee fence. That was no problem. Never heard from them again and they refuse to deliver. Rude in communication. Very rude on the phone. They are very busy so we need something delivered. I have never experienced such rudeness before.

Super vriendelijk, op de afgesproken dag en ze dachten ook nog mee over een nèt iets mooiere oplossing/afwerking waar ze de volgende dag speciaal voor terugkwamen. Het is hartstikke mooi geworden, ook de buren zijn erg blij. Ik raad dit bedrijf aan iedereen aan (goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, netjes achtergelaten). Vergeet de mannen niet op een kop koffie te trakteren! Very satisfied with the placement of a fence by the men of fence competitor!
