★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smullers unfortunately does not prepare your meal once you order, but has your order pre-prepared. If an item is in their food wall, the staff will simply take your order out of the food-wall, which makes it unsure how old your item is that you ordered. Food and Drinks are on minimum okay quality.

I ordered vegetarian burger, which was served in a min. I was shocked, but appreciated quick service. The burger was not even upto eatable/ consumable mark. Worst i ever had and might be a day or two old.
Though friets are good, but burger quality ruined it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only three stars because they do not prepare the snacks as soon you order. I ordered fries and a kroket. The fries are prepared as soon you order, but the snack are from the wall, so they can be quite old already. That is the reason why EVERYONE is complaining about cold snacks. Smullers, stop selling snacks from the wall when somebody order at the counter. And the fries where not very crispy as well. Big portions though....
