★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goeie sfeer, eigen tijd in kunnen delen want geen les van instructeurs wel evt begeleiding bij vragen. Je kan zowel individueel in de grote zaal sporten, kracht en cardio en je kan via virtuele lessen spinning om het uur doen. Zowel alleen als met een groepje of je kan krachtsport doen in de andere zaal via een virtuele les maar je kan dan bv ook een half uur of uur dansen of boxen. Na afloop een kopje koffie/thee bij de gezellige koffietafel.
Good atmosphere, able to organize your own time because no lessons from instructors, but guidance with questions. You can do sports, strength and cardio individually in the large hall and you can do spinning every hour via virtual classes. Both alone and with a group or you can do strength sports in the other room via a virtual lesson, but you can also dance or box for half an hour or an hour. Afterwards a cup of coffee / tea at the cozy coffee table.
