Do not trust this company. If you have the choice, trust me select an another roof hatch company. Because this one is not a honest one.
They are claiming that they have the roof hatch the most efficient and isolated. Fake, it condenses inside the structure and the water then trickles from everywhere.
Too many issues with their product :
- Condensation,
- The roof hatch has been delivered not in the good color,
- Roof hatch delivered with gas springs not dimensioned for the weight of the door (i.e 250kg). I have not to explain how dangerous and unsafe it was. They send me back two different gas springs more powerfull which caused the destruction of the roof hatch.
Now my insurance is trying to contact them to retrieve their insurance and no response since months.
Honnestly i cannot recommend this unprofessional company. Be carefull.
