J	Jeffrey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geachte heer/mevrouw Zaterdag 1-8-2020, heb ik een fiets bij jullie filiaal in Veenendaal gekocht De beste verkoper geeft aan dat ik de fiets dinsdag 4-8-2020 kan ophalen, Die dag wil ik mij fiets ophalen tot mij verbazing is er niet gedaan wat we hebben afgesproken stuur omhoog zadel na beneden De fiets zat nog onder de stof uit het filiaal waarbij ik verwacht dat er op zen minst een doekje overeen had gemogen.! Dit is ook aangegeven op dat moment, krijg je te horen we zijn erg druk. Wat heeft dat te maken met afleveren van een fiets.! S middags kan ik weer terug omdat de schakelaar op het stuur uitvalt.! Door de monteur werkplaats werd meteen een oplossing aangeboden ( zoals het hoort ) op het zelfde moment vraag ik de verkoper hoe laad ik de fiets op Er was geen acculader meegegeven.! Ik vind het erg slordig van zo’n bekend staande fietsen zaak.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bij de koop van de fiets zou er een polis voor de verzekering aangevraagd worden. Tot op heden nog steeds niets gehoord en geen enkele reactie van Stella via mail niet en als je belt wordt je nummer gevraagd en wordt je terug gebeld. Jop heeft ons zeer goed geholpen vandaar toch aan onze derde stella fiets begonnen . Maar deze keer met midden motor. Hopen weer zoveel plezier ervan te krijgen . Waar ik minder tevreden over ben is de manier van afspraken maken door het hoofdkantoor van Stella. Voorheen kon je via de site zelf een beschikbare dag en tijdvak afspreken. nu kan je alleen een voorkeursdag en dagdeel aangeven ,maar als je op zondagavond een afspraak maakt voor dinsdag middag ,gaat er ruim een week voorbij ,voordat je een reactie via email krijgt . due to bad luck my rear fender broke off, was replaced excellently by the mechanic of Stella Veenendaal. What I am less satisfied with is the way of making appointments by Stella's head office. Previously, you could agree on an available day and time slot via the site. now you can only indicate a preferred day and part of the day, but if you make an appointment on Sunday evening for Tuesday afternoon, more than a week will pass before you receive a response by email.

Hij wees mij erop dat de voormotor een onderhoudsbeurt nodig heeft. Hij hoorde de lagers, dus volgende week even terug om de motor weer up to date te maken. Dat is het voordeel van een kundige monteur, het voorkomt problemen die veel geld kunnen kosten. Stella service is TOP. MVG John Veraa. Brought my bike back today for service. Was, as always, very pleasantly helped by Michael. He pointed out to me that the front engine needs a service. He heard the bearings, so back next week to update the engine again.
