★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had in januari 2020 een Stella gekocht voor mijn werk. Die staat nu in Amsterdam.
Nu heb ik vandaag een tweede besteld, maar binnen 5 werkdagen gaat even niet op. Deze 2e komt pas 30 augustus, dan is de zomer al voorbij. Vind dit wel heel lang.
Nu zeiden ze wel je kan hem ophalen in alkmaar, maar de accu's komen pas 20 augustus zo werd mij verteld
 I had bought a Stella in January 2020 for work. It is now in Amsterdam.
Now I ordered a second one today, but within 5 working days it doesn't work for a while. This 2nd will not come until August 30th, then the summer is already over. Find this very long.
Now they said you can pick it up in Alkmaar, but the batteries won't come until August 20, I was told

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nou ik ga denk ik ook maar heen zonder afspraak. Want op mijn service verzoek komt helemaal geen antwoord. Nu 2weken geleden. Dat is te lang vind ik. Ik heb namelijk een speciaal verzoek aan de monteurs... Vandaar dat ik een verzoek had ingediend.
Well I guess I'll just go without an appointment. Because there is no answer at all to my service request. Now 2 weeks ago. I think that's too long. I have a special request to the mechanics... That's why I submitted a request.

Goede service...
Wachten onder het genot van bakje koffie.
We kunnen weer met een veilige fiets toeren
Brought the bike for annual maintenance (from a friend because mine was due 6 weeks ago)
Good service...
Waiting while enjoying a cup of coffee.
We can tour with a safe bike again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 dagen geleden en 2 herinneringsmails en nog géén antwoord van Stella over een onderhoudsbeurt. Intussen ben ik gewoon naar Stella Zaandam gegaan om een onderhoudsafspraak (die erg nodig is, fiets valt uit elkaar) en de medewerker doodleuk zegt, stuur een mail! Eens kijken of jullie via deze klacht wel reageren.
10 days ago and 2 reminder emails and still no answer from Stella about maintenance. In the meantime I just went to Stella Zaandam to make a maintenance appointment (which is very necessary, bike is falling apart) and the employee casually says, send an email! Let's see if you respond to this complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I was there,there was only one personel.I asked if I can try the bike because it is called "test location".They told me to wait for it.They don't even say anything when you walk inside.We waited quite long to try bikes and get information but despite corona, he was busy with the other customers quite long, with serving coffee.I like that he takes his time with his customers,but with his reaction I am not happy.I asked him just to try a bike how long more we have to wait.He said I can try the bike now but I should wait for my turn,it wasn't customer friendly.I tried the bike and left with no customer service.
