★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bike shop ever! People working there have less knowledge than regular customers. Sold me a bicycle pump that did not even fit the valve I was showing him! How is that possible in a bike shop?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best experience, I came to ask to change inner tire, but they used a band, and after two days my inner tire was flat again, I've come back, they promised to fix it, and no new tire again. I gave up, my inner tire was blown off after three days. I really dont know why they didnt change it. In conclusion, I lost a lot of time and nerves with remaining blown off inner tire :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only shop in Groningen that hasn't tried to take advantage of me as a foreigner. The guys are friendly and polite despite my bad Dutch skills.
Had my pedals and mechanism fixed for less than half the price quoted by another shop. From what I can tell, they also make use of secondhand parts which is great! They also work faster than expected, I was told I would have to collect my bike the next day but they later texted that it was all done and ready for same day collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plessant store, LOTs of new bikes for sale, also second hand. The have a good supply of bike parts and for a normal price.
I left my bike and ask for a price to fix it, he said 30 euros and you can pick it up tomorrow by 12. They did what they promised (added 99 cents?) I was satisfied with that ? Good service ??
They don't speak the best English but they understand anyway ?
