β β β β β Crooks - delaying the contract until the very last moment and trying to charge for things that are not in the apartment. Stay away if you can.

β β β β β Horrible people to rent from, they promise one thing and do the other. The shared spaces (which should be cleaned by the cleaning company) are dirty as can be. Stuworld/ Xior doesnβt do anything about it. Beside that, stuworld has absolutely no priority in keeping your personal information personal.

β β β β β Boris is a very good and helpful agent in Stuworld. I got through my paperworks without any hiccups and the viewings also responsibly held with accordance to Corona measures. It is indeed a good, peaceful location.

β β β β β Unprofessional company, definitely not recommended to use their services. I am renting a studio in amsterdam; they are not responding to my questions/enquiries on the facility, constantly changing their answers to different tenants. It feels like the company is run by 13 year olds.

β β β β β I have rent a studio at Antonia Veerstraat. The studio is nice but the services of stuworld are awful! Lots of problems with the additional services (e.g. washing machines, dryers not operating correctly). They will reply to your email, they will say that they will fix it but them again the same problem will return. At the moment, no hot water in the building since previous week! Absolutely NOT recommended!

β β β β β The company is a disaster. Their email/telephone communication is a circus, you email one thing and get a response to a question you didn't even ask? They made me sign the lease which was in Dutch, with no attempts to provide an English translation (even though one was promised). They broke the law by not giving us our 2018 service cost overview, most likely due to the fact that they raked in thousands of euros for "service costs" which we never saw the benefits from. Services which were meant to be paid for by the service costs like communal area cleaning and window washing never happened. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
