★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al jarenlang klant bij Swarovski en altijd goed. Totdat ik 2.5 maanden geleden een armband ter reparatie wegbracht. Vooraf betaald en ik zou gebeld worden etc. Nu - 10 weken later en nog niets gehoord - wordt de Swarovski vestiging in Haarlem gerenoveerd en ben ik op toernee naar mijn armband. Dennis van de klantenservice weet niet dat de vestiging gesloten is, belooft me terug te bellen maar doet dat niet, geeft me niet werkende telefoonnummers en mailadressen en weet verder ook niets. Er is geen andere contactmogelijkheid. Wat een slechte service. Jammer, jammer... Het laatste bericht: u wordt vast wel gebeld als de zaak weer open is. Duh!
A Swarovski customer for many years and always good. Until 2.5 months ago I took a bracelet for repair. Paid in advance and I would be called etc. Now - 10 weeks later and still nothing - the Swarovski branch in Haarlem is being renovated and I am on tour to my bracelet. Dennis from customer service doesn't know that the branch is closed, promises to call me back but doesn't, gives me non-working phone numbers and email addresses and doesn't know anything else. There is no other contact option. What a bad service. Too bad, too bad... The last message: you will probably be called when the case is open again. Duh!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We entered the Haarlem shop today. No greetings, to start with. After a couple of minutes, needed to go ourselves to explain what we were looking for. This didn't trigger any service nor sales: the employee acknowledged the need but carried on working on her paperwork, basically leaving us alone in the shop. We had to leave. Regional Management team: please have a briefing with the staff, especially if sales are not good enough.
