★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Om 19:40 op donderdag avond gebeld of ik terecht kon met een iPhone 6S Plus. Ik kon direct terecht en was er om 20:05. om 20:15 stond ik buiten met een nieuw scherm en bon met 3 maanden garantie. Hele nette en schone zaak. Ik kom hier zeker vaker terug.
 Called at 19:40 on Thursday evening if I could go with an iPhone 6S Plus. I was able to go immediately and was there at 20:05. at 8:15 pm I was outside with a new screen and receipt with 3 months warranty. Very neat and clean business. I will definitely come back here more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in dire need to swap out the battery of my Samsung Note 8 for a new one, I called them up the day before and they said that i should come over at 10 am tomorrow so that they could fix it, i arrived at 10:30 and the colleague who would fix the battery wasn't there. I gave them my phone number and asked them to call me up when the colleague arrives.
I went out to eat breakfast and an hour later i still hadn't heard anything from them. I called them up and they said he just arrived. So back to the store i go.
I drop my phone off and come back again at 1:40 The phone was "fixed" but they didn't even charge it a bit to see if the battery works.
On the phone the day before they said that it would be €65 everything included.
I got my phone back in the the store and it was €80. Of course that isn't too big of a difference but I'm still really not happy to be lied at..
Just like the fact THAT THE "NEW" BATTERY THAT THEY PUT IN MY PHONE IS WORSE THAN THE ONE I HAD BEFORE. They told me that there was an "authentic" and "real" samsung battery in it. I didn't pay 80 bucks just to get scammed?!
The amount of time it empties in is ridiculous. I have to walk around with powers banks and a charger everywhere!!
I will go to the store again this monday and tell them everything about this. Because i don't want this to happen again to anyone. Hopefully they will fix my battery and actually put a real one in this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to get help installing a new battery in my phone, and they refused to service me because I had previously opened the phone. When asked about a reason, clerk said that the repairman just didn't want to work on such a phone. I tried digging deeper and even offered to sign a consent form to accept any damages made, but the clerk wouldn't even look at me and just kept repeating sorry sorry we can't help. All I needed was help removing the current battery and the phone was on and in a fully working state. Very unprofessional and unreasonable service.
