 They are very friendly, spontaneous and fast service. It is also nice and cozy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food in here is much better than the average theme park restaurant. Prices are decent and the restaurant offers plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors. Only minor drawback is that the service was quite slow when we visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor to no service. We went there tonight (on Halloween nights). We got there at 8pm and stood outside waiting to be seated and being avoided by the staff. We were first in line and there were several tables open but still waited 15 minutes to be seated by Bianca. After that, she and no other waiter came past in the next hour to take our order for food. We tried to make eye contact and asked for service, each time just got a reply that she will be coming over. We order drinks from the QR code which the barman served. After an hour, we finished our drinks and decided to take our evening meal at another restaurant because we clearly were not going to be helped here....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been to The Flaming Feather Toverland, on October 23rd 2021.
The experience was abysmal!
First we waited 20 minutes to be seated, while there were plenty of open tables, and we grabbed the attention of waiting staff several times (some standing around idle).
Finally we were seated and menus were provided ... an hour went by ... the few times our waitress (Bianca) passed us by, we intercepted her and were promised that "she'll be with us in a moment".
So after more than an hour of no service and no opportunity to order food, we left to go support a foodtruck.
Nowhere in the world have I ever experienced such bad service. I can't say anything about the food though, because we weren't offered any.
