I was obliged to buy something but do not feel good about the purchase because of the way it was conducted. I would no longer recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review of their consultation service. We're not at all happy with how little was advised to us during the time. It's one thing to charge someone for a service (200 Euros!) and another not to deliver what was promised. They really need to learn that a customer needs advice during the one hour spent. We received zero advice, were abruptly cut off after an hour was over, and told to book another session. As a consultant, they need to learn to deliver value. If an hour of advice had been booked for breastfeeding advice, spend that hour giving good advice, not typing into yoyo iPad

She was quick to identify potential feeding issues that might have caused my current issue and had lots of advice for me. She also spotted my daughter had a health issue that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. Friendly, professional woman who takes her job seriously. I recommend.

Very nice place if you're with your baby and need to feed or change the baby, and you can also grab a bite and a coffee or tea.
I find the shop a bit pricey but you get good advice.
They also offer counselling on breastfeeding and have other baby activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store for new parents, especially those looking to breastfeed. Good quality products as well as Medela Symphony rentals (extremely affordable price). Staff is always really helpful. Only downside is that due to popularity and the high number of births this summer, they have had trouble keeping products on the shelf! Although they are normally restocked within a couple of days. Highly recommend for any new or expecting parents!!
The cafe in the shop is also a nice touch as well as all the classes they have for babies and new parents. Looking forward to signing up for the fall sessions! Lactation consultants available too - they really are a one stop shop for everything breastfeeding!
