★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een bestelling gedaan te hebben een paar dagen later een totaal ander product ontvangen (een theorieboek van 2015, wat overigens ook typisch is aangezien ze alleen de nieuwste theorie boeken beloven aan te bieden). Na telefonisch contact zouden ze mij diezelfde dag nog het juiste product toesturen. Na hier 3 dagen op gewacht te hebben maar weer gebeld. Waarbij ze mij vertelden dat de post nog niet was opgehaald.. Na in totaal 2 weken te hebben gewacht dan toch het goede product ontvangen, maar deze webwinkel zal ik in de toekomst mijden
 After placing an order a few days later, I received a completely different product (a 2015 theory book, which is also typical since they promise to only offer the latest theory books). After telephone contact they would send me the correct product that same day. After waiting 3 days for this but called again. Where they told me that the mail had not yet been picked up .. After waiting a total of 2 weeks I still received the good product, but I will avoid this web store in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boek en USB besteld. Op de pakbon staat dat het theorieboek is meegestuurd, echter niet het geval. Nu 2 maal met klantenservice gemaild om te vragen hoe dit kan. Beide keren geen reactie. Ik zou zeggen, bestel elders je boeken!!!!
Helaas geen mogelijkheid om geen sterren te geven.
Uiteindelijk een week later een mail ontvangen waarin ze zich excuseren en het theorieboek zullen naleveren. Het boek heb ik inmiddels ontvangen.
Book and USB ordered. The delivery note states that the theory book is included, but not the case. Now emailed twice with customer service to ask how this is possible. Both times no response. I would say, order your books elsewhere !!!!
Unfortunately no possibility to give no stars.
Finally a week later received an email in which they apologize and will deliver the theory book. The book I have received by now.
