Walked in this morning, with a totally smashed screen, non working oneplus 6t, they had the parts, repaired the phone in the time stated, let me work with my laptap while sipping free coffee. Great repair job (can't remember the technicians name) but she did a phenomenal job !

UPDATE After my opinion The Lab Phone wrote to me and apologized for not writing and explained why it happened. They proposed for me refunding my money back, so finally I decided to change my rate from 1 to 4 stars. More than one week ago I wrote an email to the ThePhoneLab, because it happened a third time, when I had to write the complaints about their phone and services (they didn't reply at all). The story goes... Firstly, the microphone doesn't work (immediately after buying the phone) - they replaced it for the other new-refreshed iPhone 7 - okay, great. Secondly, after a few months I had THE SAME problems with a microphone - okay, I agreed to replace iPhone 7 to the iPhone 8 (I understood that the audio system in this model is quite often broken - they even informed me that they withdraw from sale this model in their shop - ... but still you know... I am buying a phone, spending the money and after a couple of weeks I can't use this phone, because the most basic option doesn't work). And now it is the THIRD TIME, during a bit more than year, when the phone stopped working properly - this time my battery started to 'ballooning' and 'swelling' and pushing the screen out [I think it led to the situation, when my phone, having the case and glass on the screen, fell down - the screen crashed a bit; the screen was pushed out, because of battery and the glass didn't prevent it at all] For me it is huge inconvenience, because I bought the phone during corona-Erasmus last year and I can't go the Lab personally. They didn't reply, which shows their attitude to a customer. After the second complaint I really wanted to never write to the Lab and use my phone in peace, but it is unbelievable that within one year I had so many problems (maybe bad luck, maybe bad phone, which they sold me and then replaced for me...). I understand the bad audio system in the phone, that sometimes (but still after a few years of using) the battery can start ballooning... but it is too much within one year and it wasn't really because of my improper use of the phone. In normal shops there is something like the law of warranty and customers have the right to demand refunding the money back after even second complaints.I suppose in this shop you can not expect proper behavior

The staff was really helpful . My phone charging point was clogged so it wasn’t charging and even though he could have charged me 70 euro as agreed on website appointment he dint charge anything saying it was five second job.

They kept in touch really well about a part that was needed for repairing my phone that was out of stock for a while. Was able to make an appointment pretty quickly and my phone was fixed within an hour and I got a new screen protector. Great service.

Just excellent. Great service, friendly, helpful and your phone gets repaired immediately. You just hop in, tell them what's wrong and they will fix it.
