Rip off

I ordered a phone. There was an option to pay at delivery day. I chose it. Shipment was supposed to be the next day. There wasnt. No contact until I wrote to them myself.

Really disrespectful client service. Called this webshop this morning to check the status of my order. Just to ask a simple question. Called them at 10:37 - after long wait - some strange voice told me to wait and immediately put me on hold. I waited for 2 minutes on the line. Since I call from Belgium it costs some money as you understand. I called them again in the afternoon at 13:15 and 13:16. Called them on the phone which they mentioned on the website. After long wait again, another person told me to wait and put me on hold. He didn't even wait for me to reply. No "sorry', no "excuse us for inconvenience" no further explanation. I waited for some time again. Thought it was some sort of misunderstanding. Called them back. Same story. Person on the phone didn't wait for my reply and didn't even let me speak a single word. Just "wait" and that's it. Quiet disappointed I gave them this review with 1 star. After some time when I was on a meeting they kept on calling me non-stop. Really annoying calls. They left a voice message and an sms demanding an immediate answer. Since I was busy - I could not answer them. In couple of minutes after annoying calls and messaging stopped - they cancelled my order. Just like that. This is the quote from their mail: "We are very busy today on the phone and we asked you 2 times for patience because we are in line with a customer. You called us 5/6 times in a row without patience. We can’t sent ordered items to customers when we have a bad feeling about it." Firstly, they lied to my face - I didn't call them so many times in a row. Secondly, I would gladly explained why I gave this review if they waited until I called them back (the patience they wanted was lacking obviously. Hypocrisy at its best). Thirdly - I already paid them and they still cancelled my order. "Bad feeling" is rather poor reason for that. As you can see - company does not respect their clients. No wonder if they get more 1 star reviews in the future.

UPDATE: since I returned the card I got a genuine one from an official SanDisk seller and the card from this shop was indeed a fake. Packaging, appearance and speed on the genuine card are unmistakable. UPDATE 2: they reached out to me immediately and took the card back. The refund came in less than 2 days. They said they had no idea the card wasn't genuine. Apparently they got screwed over by someone else. Still not 5 stars since they're still selling the card on their website. Original review: Sold me a fake 1TB SanDisk Extreme Plus card. I'm putting 2 stars here for now and will be updating this as things progress. How do I know it's fake? I have other SanDisk Extreme Ultra U3 V30 cards. All of them hit at least 85MB/s read and 70MB/s write on my USB 3.1 adapter. The one they sold me hit only 19MB/s read and 18MB/s write on the exact same adapter, file size and USB port. I compared both side by side and I have no shadow of a doubt that the 1TB one they sold me is a fake. It also came with a FAT32 file system and all SanDisk SDXC cards come with exFAT out of the box. Afterwards I checked some YouTube videos on how to identify fake cards and the packaging had all the hallmarks of being fake. The card itself also doesn't look like my other SanDisk Extreme Plus cards. The underside is clearly different, serial numbers don't follow the same pattern, the plastic film on the back of the packaging was absent, etc. The price looked realistic enough (209,00 €) so I didn't suspect it would be a fake. Yet, here we are. I have requested that they take it back. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt here (maybe they also didn't know it was fake?) but I felt I had to post this review before other people bought the card too.

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!! I ordered an iPhone 12 Max on the 20th of March. After a week I received an email that they had emergency circumstances and that all orders would be delayed. Since then I have sent 21!!! Emails asking for a refund which has not yet arrived. Last week they confirmed my refund would be processed no later than yesterday which was another lie. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!!

This shop isn't trustworthy They say their products are in stock with a delivery time of one week, but in reality it's not available, and I'm still waiting one month later. update : they asked me to change my review instead of actually deliver my command or give any money back on time as asked, they don't reserve any better review

I ordered a hard-to-find item (at a small price premium, but that's the fault of the market, not TI-84). It showed up in less than 1 working day in perfect condition with excellent communication from the vendor. Extremely happy with my experience and will definitely look to this seller in the future for other electronics I'm struggling to find elsewhere.

Nobody answers my emails and Calls when I try to contact them I ordered a PS5 on Monday and i payed extra for evening delivery it's Wednesday and they haven't even Send my order yet!!! What kind of Shop is this?! To the owner of the shop **Please I want my order or fully refund me this week** if not then i want the money that i payed for evening delivery As soon as possible. The Customer service is very Very bad.... ORD96968 is the order number it was canceled without my permission and now I want full refund
