Al meer dan 90 jaar bevindt ons mooie familiebedrijf zich in het hartje van Amsterdam Zuid, recht tegenover de RAI en op loopafstand van de Noord-Zuidlijn. Ooit begonnen als stalling, is de zaak inmiddels uitgegroeid tot de grootste onafhankelijk fietsenwinkel van Amsterdam.
Naast een prachtige winkel hebben wij in deze 80 jaar uiteraard ook een enorme hoeveelheid ervaring opgebouwd. Deze ervaring zetten wij dagelijks in, in onze werkplaats en winkel, om uw fietsplezier nog verder te vergroten. Of u nu forenst met een vouwfiets, de Mont Ventoux gaat beklimmen met uw vrienden of gewoon door de stad trapt op een omafiets, Tromm Tweewielers biedt u de service en expertise die u zoekt.

That’s what I experienced when I hit the road after picking up my 12 year old travel bike. Like new! Great guys, knowledgeable and honest. The OK price can be considered a bonus.

Had some little trouble in my mountain bike and they fixed it quickly against no costs (bought the bike orginally there).
Also after more than one year my back suspension did wear out, they replaced it for free (in conjunction with Specialized).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and knowledgeable service, if you can get someone's attention - it is usually busy here and the staff take their time for every client and question. Good selection of quality brands, such as Specialized, Giant, Cube, Simple, VSF. The store focuses on sportive types of bicycles: road bikes, fitness bikes, hybrids, mountain bikes etc. And there are e-bikes. There was some mistake concerning my order, but they made up for it when my bike finally came.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the friendliest nor helpful - its like you have to catch the owner on a good day.. shame because I was expecting better service than what I got. Came with mud guards and asked them to be fitted (able to fit front on my own, but not the back) - he said I ordered the wrong size, but didn't offer an alternative.. I ordered the right size according to cube's website, but found out on my own what I ought to do ultimately.
